Internal Complaints Committee of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University organized a Public speaking session in collaboration with the Department of Physical Sciences and Life Sciences & Allied Health Sciences. The theme was the Prevention of Harassment against Women on December 22, 2025 under the guidance of Dr. Mithu Maiti Jana, Chairperson, Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) & Dr. Shweta Singh, Dean UIS. Students. Faculty & Stuff Members from Department of Physical Sciences and Life Sciences & Allied Health Sciences presented their views on the above-mentioned theme. The event was followed by an interactive question and answer session. The main objective of the session was to provide students with meaningful exposure for discussing sensitive and contemporary issues. The session also focused on encouraging active participation, critical thinking and confidence among learners. Dr. Mithu Maiti Jana applauded the efforts of students and teachers for conducting this session. All members of ICC and faculty members from Department of Physical Sciences and Life Sciences & Allied Health Sciences were present during the event.
